Abstain.
Although something must be done to improve the record keeping of our government officials, I understand what other members are saying regarding the expansion of government at a time when participation is at an all time low. I also would point out that if we as an electorate can not entice our officials to do their own record keeping, it’s unlikely that we’ll be any more successful with an additional government official even if said official’s primary purpose is relating to this.

Order. Procedure says to use Endorsed/Denounced, not Aye/No. Besides, you don't have to vote on your own bill as it is automatically regarded as an endorsement.
