A Bill For An Act Entitled: Codification of Consulship Governmental Offices Act

Parliament Proposal
Resolved by the Confederate Parliament of the Confederacy of Free Nations, that the following article is proposed as a law under the jurisdiction of the Confederacy of Free Nations, enforceable by all of its institutions.
Be it enacted by the Confederacy of Free Nations, in Confederate Parliament assembled, that
Section I
Criteria for Enactment
Ss.1. The provisions of this law shall not be enacted until both the end of the current government’s term in office and the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reformation Amendment” in the Confederate Parliament.
Ss.2. These provisions will not, however, disallow the current governmental Administration from the establishment of new Governmental Office Nations and the transfer of Factbooks to their new designations under this Act, in preparation for the ending of the current government’s term in office and the enacting of these provisions.
Section II
Establishment of Governmental Offices
Ss.1. A new governmental office Nation under the name of “CoFN Office of Internal Affairs” is to be established by the Confederacy government.
Ss.2. A new governmental office Nation under the name of “CoFN Office of Foreign Affairs” is to be established by the Confederacy government.
Ss.3. A new governmental office Nation under the name of “CoFN Office of the Consulship” is to be established by the Confederacy government.
Ss.4. A new governmental office Nation under the name of “CoFN Office of Law and Justice” is to be established by the Confederacy government.
Ss.5. NationStates nations established under this section shall not be given any Officer rights by the government of the Confederacy of Free Nations.
Section III
Dissolution of Former Governmental Office Nations
Ss.1. The current NationStates nation “CoFN Ministry of Internal Affairs” is to be dissolved. All of its governmental Factbooks are to be transferred to the new Governmental Office Nation “CoFN Office of Internal Affairs” prior to the end of the current government’s term in office.
Ss.2. The current NationStates nation “CoFN Ministry of Foreign Affairs” is to be dissolved. All of its governmental Factbooks are to be transferred to the new Governmental Office Nation “CoFN Office of Foreign Affairs” prior to the end of the current government’s term in office.
Ss.3. The current NationStates nation “The Confederate Papers” is to be dissolved. All of its governmental Factbooks are to be transferred to the new Governmental Office Nation “CoFN Office of the Consulship” prior to the end of the current government’s term in office.
Ss.4. The current NationStates nation “CoFN Ministry of Justice” is to be dissolved. All of its governmental Factbooks are to be transferred to the new Governmental Office Nation “CoFN Office Law and Justice” prior to the end of the current government’s term in office.
Ss.5. The current NationStates nation “CoFN Vice Chancellery” is to be dissolved. All of its governmental Factbooks are to be transferred to the current NationStates nation “CoFN Office of the Consulship” prior to the end of the current government’s term in office.
Ss.6. NationStates nations dissolved under this section shall be allowed to “Cease to Exist” after the end of the current government’s term in office. None of these nations shall be logged in by any person, organization, or government within the Confederacy of Free Nations after they have been dissolved.
Section IV
Role of the Office of Internal Affairs
Ss.1. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Internal Affairs” for the administration of the Citizenship Roster, Regional Recruitment, and all other Internal Policy alongside the “CoFN Office of the Consulship” and the respective, private nations of the current Consuls.
Ss.2. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Internal Affairs” for the enactment of Confederate Laws whose responsibilities were designated under the former “CoFN Ministry of Internal Affairs” before the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reform Amendment”.
Section V
Role of the Office of Foreign Affairs
Ss.1. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Foreign Affairs” for the administration of Embassies Information, Diplomatic Relations, and Foreign Policy alongside the “CoFN Office of the Consulship” and the respective, private nations of the current Consuls.
Ss.2. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Foreign Affairs” for the enactment of Confederate Laws whose responsibilities were designated under the former “CoFN Ministry of Foreign Affairs” before the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reform Amendment”.
Section VI
Role of the Office of Parliamentary Records
Ss.1. The Speaker of Parliament shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Parliamentary Records” for the upkeep of the Law Code, Constitution, and other governmental documents that were formerly operated by the “CoFN Office of the Speaker” alongside the private nations of the Speaker and his staff.
Ss.2. The Speaker of Parliament shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Parliamentary Records” for the enactment of Confederate Laws whose responsibilities were designated under the “CoFN Office of the Speaker” before the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reform Amendment”.
Section VI
Role of the Office of the Consulship
Ss.1. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of the Consulship” for the administration of the general duties of the Consulship alongside the respective, private nations of the current Consuls.
Ss.2. The Consulship shall utilize the “CoFN Office of the Consulship” for the enactment of Confederate Laws whose responsibilities were designated to be performed by the former position of “Chancellor” and “Vice Chancellor” before the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reform Amendment”.
Section VII
Role of the Office of Law and Justice
Ss.1. The Supreme Court shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Law and Justice” for the administration of the records of Constitutional and Law Interpretations, the records of all Supreme Court rulings, and all other general duties of the Supreme Court alongside the respective, private nations of the current Supreme Court Justices.
Ss.2. The Constabulary shall utilize the “CoFN Office of Law and Justice” for the administration of Law Enforcement, Structure of the Constabulary and its various agencies or sub-departments, and all other general duties of the Constabulary alongside the respective, private nations of the current Constables and the Chief Constable.
Ss.3. The Supreme Court and The Constabulary shall jointly utilize the “CoFN Office of Law and Justice” for the enactment of Confederate Laws whose responsibilities were designated to be performed by the positions of “Supreme Court Justice”, “Constable”, and “Chief Constable” before the passage of the “Dual Consul Government Reform Amendment”.
