I feel like there should be a section on what happens if a consolidated region wants to pull out of the CFN. And I don't like the part that we have to sign a treaty to engage in embassies, but I think the rest of the bill out ways this con.

I personally agree with Perland, in that I don't think that we should have to sign a treaty to engage in Embassies; and that should a partially consolidated region wish to drop out of the CoFN there should be a clearly defined way to do it.

I consider it a formality, so that when we have embassy regions, they're not just trophies; they'll serve some sort of purpose. When I was MoFA back in the day, having such a formal structure like treaties was looked up upon; having a lot of embassies was look down on. I'm willing to change treaties to something else like an application, if need be.
And I agree; I will put in a secession procedure subsection in there.

I don't think having treaties for each region we have "ties" with, which I am assuming means we have embassies with, is necessary. Also, the process for consolidation is entirely too complex; even bills that deal with the complexities of real life do not generally have sections that run the length of a page. I do not see why their citizens cannot move to our region and apply for citizenship like every other nation has to do. They don't need an established process with us whereby they can keep a few nations in their old region or anything like that.
I will also not support a bill that creates a CFN military or "garrison". We have an active founder account and a non-executive WA delegate. Raiders do not pose a threat to our region.
I like that this bill makes it clear that international unions require parliamentary consent, however.
