THREAD DELETED. PLEASE WAIT. BILL WILL BE RE-INTRODUCED!
Please note that, as the bill mentions the Mentorship Programme that failed to pass, the Speaker and the SCJs are discussing granting permission to remove the clause of the bill that makes mention to the Mentorship Programme.
Voting ends on the 14th. If not implied otherwise, it is considered to be endorsed. I ENDROSE.

Denounced, also.
I appreciate that you took my advice during the debate period to incorporate a subsection for each office, and I regret that I wasn't active enough to look at what you drafted.
I still maintain that this could be a useful bill, but it still requires editing. The mentoring bill did not pass Parliament, so this bill now references a Mentorship Programme that does not exist. Also, the Supreme Court Justices do not have deputies. There's also a few editing issue such as comma use and some spelling/word dequencing that would need to be addressed. Lastly, I'm not sure if bills that were introduced by the officeholder should be included as there is a division of responsibility between the person as a Cabinet/Judicial official and the person as a Parliamentarian. For instance, I introduced the Criminal Code and happen to be a Supreme Justice, but I didn't introduce it as a Supreme Justice; my work on that bill dated long before I took this office.
Should this bill not reach a voting majority this time around, I would be happy to work with you on an edited version and have it resubmitted at a later date.

Point of order, Mr. Speaker. I think it would benefit the region's record-keeping if, going forward, the process for legislation being voluntarily withdrawn by the author be that the author post as a comment that he/she would like the legislation withdrawn. Should the Speaker agree, you can move the thread to the rejection folder where it can be viewed for future consideration.
Having the entire body of the legislation removed and suggesting the entire thread be deleted will disallow parliamentarians from consulting the withdrawn legislation if and when the amended bill is again brought before Parliament. Having the record of the withdrawn bill will help ensure that concerns that led to its withdrawal were indeed addressed in the amended bill.
Further, as this is still a bill placed before Parliament for a vote until such time as you the Speaker remove it from the floor, this bill should still be subject to the limitations imposed on editing legislation as defined in our Constitution.
