ßÜNDELN Major news today as an environmental disaster has struck ßündeln. A canal in the Zuhause neighbourhood has been contaminated by a highly poisonous form of cyanide when a truck plummeted into the water. Attempts to cut off the canal from the main river in the city have been partially successful. Runoff cyanide has still found its way into the river. This is why anyone living near the water stream between ßündeln and the coast may not enter or use the water in any way. The chemical causes headache, shortness of breath, dizziness and vomiting. If you live in the area and have experienced any of these symptoms in the past one and a half hour, it is advised to rush to the hospital immediately.
The truck, carrying around 30,000 liters of the dangerous chemicals, had to exceptionally drive through the small streets of the neighbourhood due to an unforeseen road block. While driving on Bakers Lane, it was struck sideways by a speeding van. This caused the heavy vehicle to crash through the old iron barrier between the canal and the road. It fell into the un-deep water two meters below where it started leaking its content.
An investigation has commenced surrounding the shocking accident. Was it an accident? It has been speculated that this was a planned out terrorist plan. Now, information is sparse, but the situation has been called 'sticky' due to some strange factors. The one time a vehicle containing highly poisonous chemicals drives on a public highway, the road gets blocked for so far unknown reasons. It has to drive through a populated area where it is hit by a van going thrice the speed limit, coming out of an alley. The driver of the van, who left the severely damaged vehicle on the road, fled the scene. Lack of CCTV cameras in this particular area are making it very difficult to trace the owner. The truck driver managed to crawl out of the semi-submerged cabinet and was rushed to a hospital by a commuter who saw the incident taking place from afar. His conditions are unknown.
Have you recently seen a light gray van of the Mercedes brand with number plate WW GG 544 in or near the surrounding ßündeln area? Contact the authority immediately.
It has yet to be determined how this incident will affect the waters. The Baker canal is surely contaminated to the point of zero percent chance of any life surviving.
This has been a report of MTN, more news at 7 'o clock tonight.
